Goat milk taste (and smell) may depend on the type of goat and what it last ate. The stuff seems to be pretty innocuous (from a commercial dairy and a hobby farmer). I've been buying short-dated stuff to make a soft cheese (as well as a halloumi-type cheese) but unfortunately am out of rennet. Just used up the last of the frozen whey to make bread.

Why not just buy it and try it, since it's for sale right in front of you, and tell us what you think? I have a friend who puts goat milk in her coffee because cow milk upsets her stomach. I tried it and it is revolting. Goat cheese is good. Goat milk, blech.

Two hours later I was on a flight from Manila to Hong Kong and spent the whole flight hoping the hot chocolate would stay down.
