Bought these Lemon Bar Cookies from the Support Ukraine Collection and they were so good... way better than I expected. They're sweet but not overpoweringly so, with a hint of lemony bitterness. Plus the vanilla adds smoothness.

I have a $100 gift card to use for pizza and I can't make up my mind. I went pizza shopping last night and thought I had narrowed it down to Buddy's (Detroit) and John's of Bleeker street. But then I noticed the Pizzeria Bianco. I have never had that one but have heard such good things about it---does anyone have any experience with getting it from goldbelly? I love Buddy's but can eat it when I go to Detroit but it would be nice to have in my freezer. And NYC pizza is my love so that makes me want John's. Should I go for the Pizzeria Bianco? My head hurts from trying to decide.

There is one in LA that I have been to and the pizza is amazing. But it is downtown so a hassle to get to. Was Chris Bianco doing pizza 30 years ago? There is an episode on Chefs Table featuring him...a good watch.
