Eating in Las Vegas
Off to Vegas next year, and would love some suggestions for the best restaurants in Vegas.
Doesn't need to be the most expensive, just the best!
All cuisines considered.
(Also need to find a steak house for a 60th birthday there)

I suggest looking and posting in the Vegas thread. However,.while there are 100's of great restaurants in LV,.it is a bit early to know which ones will be open and what restrictions will be for next year.
