I don’t think the original topic had any legs. After discussing which countries use too much mayo and which dishes may or may not use mayo, what more can be said on the topic? Whereas, most of us are willing to post about the foods we like or don’t like. Human nature, I guess. Or maybe it’s just me. 😁

That is what I thought also. I do like mayo in certain situations, like on French fries. But I avoid it if I think it has not been stored properly, especially in those countries that may not have great food handling standards.
