ROTFLMAO !!!!!

One of the best dishes that was ever invented...........I fantasize with the day I walk into some joint in Santorini and order 5-6 pieces one after another, just for myself........until I can take no more.

if not, there's always any restaurant in Greektown in Chicago. As a matter of fact, I think it's required.

Does Saganaki actually exist in Greece, or it is another one of those American inventions?

The search I just did implies it is a Greek dish named for the Turkish pan initially used to cook it.

My favorite restaurant in YYC is a greek joint that's been here for 35+ years under the same owner. He's now a personal friend and once told me his saganaki is hand made like his mom used to do back in his hometown when he was a child.
