Similar to most days

Red leaf lettuce
1 slice swiss cut up
couple slices of hard salami cut up
fresh mozz
tomato
cucumber
carrots (if I'm not out)
Vinegar or Lemon juice

Maybe a boiled egg as well if I get up and boil some.

east coast here and I have that dreaded noon meeting. Uhmm folks, there is a reason everyone's calendar is free at noon, we go to lunch

anyway, I had a bagel at 11:30 to tide me over. After the meeting I'm going to have a ham sandwich

Central time here and some a-hole in Eastern time scheduled a meeting for 12-1 CDT.

So I went home at 10:30 to walk the dog and made tuna salad on pumpernickel with lettuce tomato and pickle slices. I had vanilla ice cream with Hershey's syrup all over because as someone pointed out, it's damn hot out there.
