Should you be passing and spending a day in Vancouver BC then some very delicious cinnamon rolls and Belgium waffles can be found at Pâtisserie Lebeau - Belgian specialty store - authentic Liege Waffles made with real butter and all-natural ingredients. No icing sugar just this amazing texture and flavour - http://www.grababetterwaffle.com/ They are closed on Sundays and Mondays otherwise I would be heading there now. At airport locations? Hmm Max Bakery has a counter in domestic Vancouver - they have decent ones.

Well, I would have to say my first choice is the rolls I make myself, but that happens pretty rarely. HIX was my first thought when I read the question, but they do have to be fresh. I have had some that sat out for a while that weren't so good. Ann Sather rolls were far too rich for my taste.

Well she sold out a couple decades ago, right? She was a family friend and I started eating her cinnamon rolls back in the 60's. They were absolutely the best I've ever had. A league above the rest and two leagues above Cinnabon!

Cinnabon too, but it would be nice to find a good non-chain place too. (Are there any other American chains that do cinnamon rolls? Can't think of any right now.)
