Yes I agree. If you give a chimp a knife and an onion he'll know what to do. And again it begs the question, surely a four day course will move beyond onion cutting and egg scrambling? It seems more like a course designed for people who have watched too many Gordon Ramsay shows and want to be better cooks but don't know where to start.

+1 From scrambled eggs to souffls there are literally thousands of step-by-step Youtube videos on how to make them. Yes, they may not come out perfect the first time, but paying 600 pounds for a cooking class is mind-boggling when you can set your phone/ipad/laptop on the kitchen counter and just watch and learn for free.
