+1 From scrambled eggs to soufflés there are literally thousands of step-by-step Youtube videos on how to make them. Yes, they may not come out perfect the first time, but paying 600 pounds for a cooking class is mind-boggling when you can set your phone/ipad/laptop on the kitchen counter and just watch and learn for free.
