Because it amuses me, I always order fish and chips at an aquarium cafeteria if they have it (or some other fish/seafood dish).

Try to imagine that it wasn't scooped off the bottom of one of the tanks or didn't come from a pet food store.

Risotto. We love it, make it at home sometimes. Love mushroom, shrimp and butternut squash risotto. But our all time favorite is lobster risotto.

Heh, heh. Going to an aquarium always puts me in the mood for sushi. And if anyone mentions the movie "Finding Nemo" I get a strong yen for sake sashimi.

Foie gras is probably at the top of the list. I'm a big fan of steak frites, but I have a difficult time saying no to a cobb salad.

I'll always go for Osso Buco if it's on the menu. Eggs Benedict for breakfast if at a place that can properly prepare it.
