3. add a schuss
4. chestnuts (need some good protein)
5. waffle with berries
6. eat kartoffelpuffer

With a good dose of walking in between as recommended by my doctor.

Any other health notes I need to take?

Of course.

Start out early in the day and do 1 to 6 as quickly as you can. Then have a lie down somewhere. It is important to rest. Wake up and start again. This. is called "elevenses" or "brunch".

Obviously with all this healthy living you are entitled to a little self-gratifacation. So go to cake shop and buy some cakes. This is a great opportunity to show off your local language skills. " Zwei Schwartzwalderkirshtorte mit schlage " should do it.

Then lunch.

Repeat the morning exercise then dinner. Repeat again, then supper.

This is called the rhythm method.

If you want something green - try Gruenkohl. It usually comes with a smoked (not as healthy but very yummy) sausage and is a winter classic also found at the markets.......

Your diet seems to be severely lacking in protein. Sausage sandwiches a plenty. I'm fond of Nrnbergers but those are pretty regional so any small sausage served in a sliced roll will suffice.

If you can find it, try some Glhbier.

I'm sure I can accommodate that request.

Oh yes, definitely want a balanced diet.

Currently twiddling my thumbs waiting for my ride to the airport. Empty suitcases are ready to be checked.

Let's see how I did today

One gluhwein
One Schichler gluhwein - because I needed the different fruit varieties
The bread at lunch had nuts in it
Two gluhwein mit rum up at the Fortresss
Two quartinos of red Wein at dinner plus cabbage salad
Apfelstrudel
And absach

I believe I have met my goal today. I will try extra hard tomorrow just to make sure.

Will strive to work on this more today.

It was very magical yesterday, especially last night up at the Fortress with the snow gently coming down as we looked out at the city. It feels like one big party with friends - new and old.

The Healthy (5 a day plus exercise) Christmas Market thread

Well after extensive research I can also recommend amaretto kirschpunsch. You get fruit and protein at the same time.

If you see it offered you should try it. In the interest of research.

We did our best today to compare gluhwein stalls here in Munich. It was a challenge but someone needed to do it.
