Aha--I've eaten them at hole-in-the-wall seafood shacks in New England, but I've never run into any in a shape other than "round."

Easter dinner. Roast turkey crown, honey roast parsnips, buttered Savoy cabbage, swede & carrot mash, cranberry sauce and roast potatoes. There was stuffing but I took the pic before putting it on. Not a Heston plate but it tasted bloody lovely.

For some reason they call it cote boeuf don't they. Two enormous steaks and the butter was supposed to be for both of us but she ducked out so I had it all and it makes the steak look small. There were around 600gms each. It was hot horseradish with mustard and butter.

I can't face another for a week or two,
