Seafood Buffet recommendation

depends on the restaurant offering the buffet. I have no qualms about going to an upscale hotel or restaurant that is known for high quality/fresh seafood. But I'm not going to seek out the cheap seafood buffet at a down n dirty strip mall restaurant.
