By Aux de Canadians, do you mean Aux Anciens Canadiens? I was in Au Parmasan ( next door) on Monday, friend had a steak which she said was very good - but it doesn't tick the 'white jackets' box, so probably not that one.

Buffalo Grill is the one place that The Hubs absolutely insists on visiting every time we are in France. I try to wean him away from it but he always spots the red roof on the return drive to the ferry. I was telling my French boss about his love for BG and he was horrified!

It may have. However Wolfgang Puck at The Borgata in Atlantic City is a hidden gem.
