May I ask, which place serves this?

I'll be at TUS next month during the wee morning hours.

It's been a couple years and it looks like things have changed. I would have been on DL which is terminal B - and the TUS website no longer lists a Mexican restaurant there. Sorry to put your salivary glands on active duty.

Jack in the Box should be expanding aggressively to airport branches, now that they know the market is there.

Nice.
A loaded burrito is always tasty. But I hate getting on the plane feeling greasy

I agree. I think its great ideas to being built new fast-food restaurant some US Airports. If they will decide to start constructions new Jack In The Box. I don't think ever can do that. What about McDonalds does still served breakfast time for every morning?

But unlike Jack, McDonalds do not serve breakfast outside of morning hours.

PDX, the Rose (something), serves a fantastic smoked salmon benedict. I never miss it when I'm there in the AM. In fact, I'll get there early for it.

This doesn't surprise me. IMO, the entire state of Oregon consistently has the best breakfasts in the US - even at ramshackle dives out in the sticks. It's been that way for 30+ years. Oregonians take their brekkie seriously.

I enjoy breakfast food if it contains a large proportion of pork.
Otherwise, if it's good for dinner, it's good for breakfast.

Same here. I usually end up skipping it,

I LOVE The Magnolia Cafe. Actually drove from Corpus Christi through Austin on my way back to Virginia once just to have breakfast there. ^

Rosario's at SAT serves a pretty good non-breakfasty morning meal. My SO is not a breakfast person at all and he finds stuff there to enjoy.

A Mexican place in the MDW landside food area made a pretty decent huevos con chorizo a while back.

Burrito Beach in the ORD T3 food court also offers chorizo, but they don't mix it with the egg, they put the cooked chorizo on top of the eggs

As far as airplane food goes, breakfast is some of the better food - at least on AA. Their omelets and other egg dishes are usually pretty decent. The things to really look forward to, however, are the hot biscuits. Even if it's a short trip with only a cold continental breakfast, they usually have the biscuits.
