Honeycrisp when I can find them, though mostly Gala for the consistency.

I could have sworn we'd discussed this previously...oh well...
Honeycrisp for me, but they have to be small to medium. Lately, it seems like they are the size of cantaloupes and there's just too much apple for what I want it for.

I got suckered into buying some beautiful red apples called Red Chief, not realizing they're just a variety of Red Delicious.
Delicious they weren't. Bleah.
