Honeycrisp when I can find them, though mostly Gala for the consistency.

I could have sworn we'd discussed this previously...oh well...
Honeycrisp for me, but they have to be small to medium. Lately, it seems like they are the size of cantaloupes and there's just too much apple for what I want it for. |
I'd like a Macbook Air 13"
Much preferred to a piece of fruit. |

What kind of apple should I try for a crisp, sweet-but-not-too-sweet treat?
Me… Love the Gala and JonaGold |
Mutsu (also known as Crispin). Can't wait until October when they are back at the apple shed.

I just had an apple banana on my cereal this morning on Kauai. :)

I got suckered into buying some beautiful red apples called Red Chief, not realizing they're just a variety of Red Delicious.
Delicious they weren't. Bleah. |
I've just recently become a fan of SweeTango apples. They're a hybrid of Honeycrisp and Zestar.
