Chopsticks
One pair for raw meat, one pair for cooking and plating - precise and versatile. (Plus, they don't take up much space on the cooktop or the counter.)

I wish people wouldn't start these threads .....
Brittania Oven (with lava grill and spit ..... now no longer made because people wouldn't buy a proper extracter and then complained about the smoke.....)
Gaggia Synchrony - older version ....
Ferrari Divina Pizza oven .... very dangerous ... ignore what it says - it reaches around 600 degrees.
Raytemp 3 ..... for above!
Dualit Minioven ... I never thought I'd use something so small so often....
Beehive Oven
..... and my Henkel knives ......

chopsticks are indispensable in our kitchen as are the custom made Japanese knife set.
I also love my Sabatier chef knife and Le Creuset pots. A good wok is a must as well in our kitchen

Yes! I forgot the wok! Quite right. And it must be a cheap carbon / steel not one of these namby pamby non-sticks.
The only issue is that it's pointless having a wok unless you have a lot of heat ie an absolute minimum of 5kw+ ring ..... preferably around 10kw. Otherwise even if you really heat it up it cools too quickly and for too long when the food goes in.

Separate measuring cups -- 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, etc. --- because it's hard to read the lines and markings on the bigger glass measuring cups. With the separate ones I get exactly what I need.

Mine has to be my Kitchenaid stand mixer and Cuisinart foodprocessor (purchased in the 1980's - one of the best around). Also, my Kitchenaid hand mixer, when I don't need the big stand mixer. This little mixer is great!
