Yesterday at a Kroger store ("Smiths") in Las Vegas I paid 88 cents - but I think they were on sale.

I eat 8 egg whites in an french style omelet with breakfast and 4 to 6 egg whites between dinner and bedtime. Good protein, only occasionally eat the yolks.

It isn't opinion that matters; it's data

You can get an opinion from here and there, but you need large numbers to really tell. Study here:

"A Harvard study of over 21,000 male physicians found that men who ate up to 6 eggs a week had no increase in their rate of death. But once they ate a seventh egg, their risk of death went up 23%."

Personally, I think you will be fine (opinion here). But I would not over-do it with the eggs. I only eat eggs sporadically, and if I can, I remove the egg yolks.

I probably average an egg per day - and my cholesterol is low.

really? then why are people put on "low cholesterol" diets?
They do so when people have cholesterol or other problems. What the guy said is that it doesn't have that much of an impact on blood cholesterol, not no impact. Read what people actually say and you'll catch those things.

A doctor is not likely to give a lot of advice to someone who doesn't have health problems such as high cholesterol.

"A Harvard study of over 21,000 male physicians found that men who ate up to 6 eggs a week had no increase in their rate of death. But once they ate a seventh egg, their risk of death went up 23%."

Of course, that can mean many things. People who eat too much of one thing are likely not having a varied diet. This group also includes those who eat 40 eggs per week.

To the OP, see your doctor, not a travel forum. I doubt that you'd want to talk to your doctor about what program is best for elite status.
