It depends on the situation, if I'm at home making breakfast then I'll have a glass of OJ. If I'm on a plane for leisure, bloody mary or screwdriver. If I'm at work, a Monster or water. Rarely will I drink coffee in the mornings.

Weekday mornings:
1. Hit snooze button. 2. Hit snooze button again. 3. Put on socks and pyjamas. 4. Start making pot of coffee. 5. Take dog out for a morning whiz (which is why I need the socks). 6. Yell at children to move their butts. 7. Make breakfast for children. 8. Finish making two coffees, for me and Mrs. Zorn. 9. Eat breakfast with apple juice and a few sips of the coffee. 10. Shower and dress. 11. Yell at children to get dressed. 12. Make lunches for children. 13. Reheat remaining large mug of coffee in microwave and pour in travel mug. 14. Yell at children to get ready for school. 15. Forget travel mug at home. 16. Drive like maniac to drop kids off. 17. Buy a tea with milk to take to the office. 18. "Work" 19. Go home, discard cold coffee from travel mug. So to answer the question, I have apple juice with breakfast. |
Espresso and cold water.

Ice Tea....
OJ or Diet Coke... Some days it is just a Beer.... |
If I am in my time zone, I have OJ or a nice green tea if I am at a hotel.
In other time zones I usually have access to a hotel club where I might have a Mimosa on the weekend, or if in Saudi Arabia, juice and tea. ;) |
If I am at home coffee made with Minas Gerais organic beans in my Jura Capresso machine. Bliss! In flight I hope I'm on AF because they have decent coffee, in lounges I prefer LX because they have the same MG beans, in hotels I simply hope I'm not in the US. Never had a decent coffee in the US. Starbucks is an insult to the name. I'm waiting for a portable machine that I can carry with me. Am I a trifle prejudiced on this subject? Good, I don't think so either...

Ocean Spray Cranapple Juice.
Never any hot beverages. Hate them. Never anything from a communal kitchen. Skeves me out too much. I keep a mini fridge in my office. |
Work: coffee. We have coffee at work, so I'll just have water if I eat something in the morning at home.
Vacation: whatever's good! Usually OJ or mimosa if applicable. Weekend: coffee, or if hungover, then Coke Zero. I know it's not a good idea, but it just hits the spot. |
At home: usually just water. I drink coffee before or after breakfast but not with it.
Traveling: coffee and/or water with breakfast. It's usually my first decent cup of coffee of the day. Maybe also tomato juice or skim milk. In-flight in a Delta First Class Throne: Bloody Mary or two with breakfast and a Baileys and coffee afterward. :) |
I drink coffee. Not with, but as breakfast. :)

with my scrambled eggs: Orange Juice from Trader Joes
with pastries/toast/feta : Sadaf Chai (black tea with cardommon and 2% milk) |

I am actually surprised how many people drink Diet Coke in the morning. My wife thinks it is very odd and unhealthy but it has caffine, which I need, sweeter in taste (without the sugar) and its is cold and refreshing. Something coffee can't continue to provide after the first cup. |
At home: 50% decaf (either packaged, such as Starbux Half-Decaf Breakfast Blend, or I mix half and half myself. Water, Crystal Light lemon, or Ocean Spray Diet Cranberry-Pomegranate juice (sweetened with Splenda).
Restaurant: Decaf or iced tea, and water. On the plane: since AA uses horrendous tasting instant decaf mix, I pass on coffee and stick to water. |
Everyday, at home: one cup of coffee, with some soy milk
On the plane: water or orange juice Eating out: coffee with skim milk, or soy if they have it, and maybe orange juice |
Anywhere other than home, coffee. At home, Diet Coke.
