As much as I try and stay healthy, I do indulge every time I travel the Eurostar from London to Paris. I always take the morning train, go first class, and enjoy a few Mimosas with breakfast. A few. No more than two. Three MAX if I'm really thirsty. After all, it's first class between my two favorite European cities. Might as well drink some breakfast beverage worthy of the trip, eh?

On the ground - I am not a breakfast person so a glass of water is my breakfast after I wake up.
At 35,000 feet - an equal amount of orange juice mixed with cranberry or cranapple, with a splash of ginger ale and a twist of lime or lemon.

I want your life for a week. Sheesh. Don't tell me scantly clad maidens squeeze the fruit for you in Fiji... well... tell me that anyway, AM. I want to imagine the best as long as I'm wanting your life.

Also a tall bottle of filtered water accompanied the servings. The perfect breakfast at $22.

Yes, and I agree.. most of the time I go to Subway and spend $4.. but once in awhile, this breakfast is just unbelievable for a treat, and absolutely fresh and perfect. I don't do it often, but the Lady Bug cafe in Aspen Calgary, is just awesome.. Note, Ladybug Cafe is not open Mondays and Tuesdays. Their freshly baked selections are to die for.

I find it funny that the typical "American Breakfast" includes a glass of milk as well as a glass of orange juice. Those two do NOT go together. I say pick one or the other, unless you want cheese to curdle in your gut.
