At a McDonalds in Maine, they have lobster rolls for $10. Didn't try one. Or maybe it was New Hampshire. At a rest stop place with several eateries.

This is typical in that part of the country,.

South Korea - visited McDonald's in Insadong and Jejudo.

Bulgogi Burger - Mentioned a few times already, but I found it to be way overly sauced. The meat was definitely different from your typical patty, though.

Shrimp Beef Burger - Basically a shrimp patty burger, along with another beef patty. REALLY good and I would definitely eat this again.

Churros - Koreans love churros. They're everywhere, lol.

McDonalds in Beijing - Chicken Cutlet and Rice

Was in Beijing a couple of months ago and dropped into a McDs at a mall near my hotel for a snack. Turned out that they had these chicken cutlet with rice meals and the taste was good! Spicy though.

UK stores have Red Leicester cheesy bites at the moment - yum! Also, does anyone else absolutely love McD's sour cream and chive dips that come in the 50g round containers?! I buy loads of them and use them at home for pizza dips!

They are in Honolulu too. One of my co-workers tried and liked.

Had them in Maine 10Y or so ago ... thought they were a bit average, but were acceptable

Speaking of HNL and McD's ... don't forget the Local Deluxe Big Breakies and the McRibs !!!!

I tried the version sold in Canada a few years ago - almost zero lobster taste, I wasn't even sure what I was eating, but given it was a McDonalds product, it probably wasn't 100% lobster meat.

Nasi Lemak Burger in Singapore

McDOnalds in Singapore came up with a Nasi Lemak Burger, just for Singapore, to celebration Singapore's upcoming National Day. Come 9th August, we would be celebrating 52 years of independence.

For those of you who know Nasi Lemak, the whole concept of a Nasi Lemak burger is rather strange. But it worked. There were long queues for this burger and the overall feedback was good. I had it once, just to try.

Nasi Lemak is a Malay fragrant rice dish cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf. While it can be eaten throughout the day, it is most common for breakfast. Nasi in Malay means rice. Lemak in Malay means creamy, or rich.

On a separate note, nothing to do with McDonalds, here is a Chinook helicopter flying by a high-rise HDB (public housing) flat in Singapore, carrying our National Flag. Rehearsing for National Day parade.

Recent trip to Guangzhou, China.

This was the McDonalds in the departure area. It didn't sell fries. Neither did it sell Big Mac, LOL.

That's about $8.50 Australian which is reasonable.
