Will DC BMO ever update their website?
As a corporate card holder I have to use this site, but it is without a doubt the most clunky, user unfriendly financial service website out there.
- 5 clicks from log on to find your balance
- tiny font, definitely not mobile friendly
- Same warning message when you log in, Every. Single. Time: "Attention - Transaction Dispute field: Effective July 4, 2017, the online transaction dispute field will be shortened to accept only up to 255 characters. Please be concise when reporting a dispute."
- Best part of all: "This web site is optimized for Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher."

Out of curiosity, do other issuers have a length limit for disputes? I'm not sure 255 characters is really all that long, especially since I remember typing significantly more than that for a Chase dispute I filed late last year.
Fortunately, the consumer site does seem to be designed better (for one thing, it works acceptably on mobile). I don't see a way to do disputes online, though, so those may unfortunately require a phone call.

DC very recently updated the website for Club Rewards. It would have been more helpful to update the main part of the site - agree with OP.

several months ago. Whether they did that manually or because it had an automatic two-year expiration, that I can't guess.
