Will DC BMO ever update their website?
As a corporate card holder I have to use this site, but it is without a doubt the most clunky, user unfriendly financial service website out there.

Out of curiosity, do other issuers have a length limit for disputes? I'm not sure 255 characters is really all that long, especially since I remember typing significantly more than that for a Chase dispute I filed late last year.
Fortunately, the consumer site does seem to be designed better (for one thing, it works acceptably on mobile). I don't see a way to do disputes online, though, so those may unfortunately require a phone call. :td: |
DC very recently updated the website for Club Rewards. It would have been more helpful to update the main part of the site - agree with OP.
