Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Purchase of four One-Day passes, $200, must occur
during a single purchase transaction. Promotional offer is valid
between August 10 and October 31, 2009. The $50 cost of a single
One-Day pass may be credited within 60 days of the purchase date
toward the cost of a one- or three-year membership. This offer
is not retroactive and cannot be combined with any other offer,
discount or award. To take advantage of this offer, the one- or
three-year membership must be purchased in person at any Delta
Sky Club location. This offer may only be redeemed at any Club
location.

Additional Restrictions: No guests are permitted with a One-Day
pass. A One-Day pass must be used in conjunction with same-day
ticketed air travel on any airline. One-Day passes are valid for
a single day of travel. Itineraries that include a date change
between origin and destination are treated as the same day of
travel. All Delta Sky Club terms, conditions and house rules

Delta Sky Club
memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Individuals
must be at least 18 years of age for Club membership. Members
must be at least 21 years of age to enter Clubs with a

non-U.S. locations. Delta reserves the right to revise Club

This has me wondering, who is running the promotions at the combined company? DL in ATL or NW in MSP.
