I'm glad that it will be on 3.5+ hour flights, that's how long it'll take for the ice cream to thaw enough to eat. (Anybody that has had the ice cream in F knows what I'm talking about).

UPGRADE. Too bad all of my 3+ hour flights are outside of meal times (9pm+ ATL departures usually).

Really wish this would make it's way to some shorter flights - the joys of being smack in the middle of the continent...

This looks to be an enhancement brought over from NW. ^

They were experimenting/testing various routes and flavors of B&J before the merger...

What, no chocolate in either of the 2 flavors to be offered??

Then again, in FC we can do some "custom blending" with the Vanilla, some Twix and perhaps a shot of liqueur - what do they have these days, Bailey's or Starbucks?

Yep. Actually, it's a problem for many airlines. On LH a few weeks ago, the ice cream was so hard I had to ask the cabin crew to reheat it. The female FA serving my side was hilarious, explicitly stating: "Americans put so much ice on everything!"
