Plat -- Tue Afternoon flight didn't clear, and website says not on UPG list? Error?

I have a flight, Flight: DL 4037 /* NW 3540, operated by Delta Partner Mesaba Aviation dba NW booked from BOI-MSP on Jun 9th, 2009 at 2:06 PM. As a plat, this upgrade has not cleared.

When I checked in it transferred me to the NWA web site where I clicked yes to request an upgrade and it said there was an error, please see the gate agent. When I click view upgrade list on northwest.com it says I'm not on the upgrade list.

As a plat, should this have cleared? Do you think this reservation is screwed up? This is the first time I've seen a Tue afternoon flight not clear at the 5 day window, and I suspect something is wrong.

Customer care insists its ok.

Log into nwa.com, then in the lower right corner search for your reservation by confirmation number (found at delta.com). You can then see the request/upgrade information. You can also select seats etc.

Or call NW and talk to a phone agent. They can tell you what's up.
