Booking CO award flights online

Booking CO award flights online
I can not get delta.com to show me CO flights. So I am assuming the only way to do this is over the phone where I will incur $50 in phone and partner fees. Is this correct. In particular I am trying to get CO flights on IAH-MSP and YVR-IAH.

As far as I know you would have to pay the partner fee even if you book online.

Do not select flexible dates. You can search only specific dates. If nothing shows up call, if they can see something. If so, have them transfer you to online support which then they can not book anything you will get transfered yet again to someone who can book it without a fee.
