Domestic Business versus Domestic 1st any difference

Has anyone flown Domestic Business ( specifically Flt 89 JFK-FLL MD88 ) is there any difference in service vs 1st? I know some domestic BE have better svc than 1st (IE food on flights that normally are too short for food svc), such as the 777 JFK-ATL in BE. Or is this just an odd coding because it is the domestic leg of an INTL flight?

No difference at all. It is not even a "domestic leg of an international flight" except for flight code. Since it is stubbed, you will miss your connection if you are going international on same flight number and you lose skymiles. I have not found a single advantage of being on one of these "phantom" domestic business class flights
