Has anyone else questioned DL on why bonus miles posted and then were removed?
I have sent 2 emails, both with generic replies and requesting that I call DL. First call, Rep said he saw that I registered for the promotion, but have to connect me to the SkyMiles Center. Was disconnected. Next call (week later), Agent told me that an error had happened that members were given 5K miles and they were removed. Furthermore, she stated that I didn't registered for the promo. I was told I would have send a letter or fax to SkyMiles center with copies of my statement and proof that I registered.
Anyone have this experience?
I actually have the email from DL, an email that I forwarded to someone telling them to signup and a screen print of the T&Cs. (the first one)

Even though this promo hasnt been over for a month yet and Delta still has plenty of time to post these miles, I went ahead and decided to email them about my situation. Like some of you, my final transaction posted in June instead of the May purchase date. I emailed about this and now waiting to see what they say. Of course since its still early, they will probably tell me to wait, but you never know....

Why on earth is everyone flipping out?????
DL hasn't posted the bonus yet because they want to give all partners, including notoriously slow-posters like skymileshopping and 1800flowers, enough time to get their customers' miles posted. Then DL will search the enrolled accounts to check how many qualifying partners were earned during the promotional period and post the resultant bonus. This is one promotion that HAS to take a long time to work through the system because DL has to wait for all participating partners to post first. TAKE IT EASY!
If the bonus miles from DL started posting before all partners had posted, then I'd get concerned and think about writing to Delta.

1-800-Flowers.com finally posts...
...same day I called Customer Service, so I'm not sure if there's any correlation.
Good news is that it posted as of the transaction date:
11 May 2007 1-800-FLOWERS.com (posted on 21Jun2007) 750 0 750
That's my last one...now waiting for DL to post the 10,000 miles.

Lucky you. My 1-800-Flowers.com purchase was April 24 and Mrs. MileKing's was May 11 (same date as yours). Miles have not posted for either. Looks like another call to 1-800-Flowers.com is in order.

Just calm down. Clearly they are waiting for transactions to post. The alternative is that tons of people call in because they received too few miles due to late posts.
In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they got some calls after the brief posting a week or so ago, from people who said they were expecting more. The better bet is to just give everything a chance to post and get it right the first time on posting bonus miles.
On a related note, I received ftd miles today that were posted May 29th. Still waiting for my 20th credit to appear.

Good thing Delta gave itself until the end of August to post its bonus. It will need it to verify ridiculously-late postings from outfits like this!

Anyone waiting for 1800flowers miles may have a problem. I have been waiting for a month or so for the miles to post and I finally get this email back from them:
"Thank you for shopping with 1-800-FLOWERS.COM.
I apologize for any inconvenience or confusion. One of the requirements for getting the airline miles is for the merchandise to be at least $29.99. The merchandise on this order was only $15.99 and so you will not be able to receive airline miles for this order.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at the address listed below. You can also contact us at our customer satisfaction number, 1-800-468-1141.

I wrote in on wednesday about the posting after the deadline problems and got back a response yesterday at 1 am.
I havent had time to put together a fax yet, but I guess I will have to dig out my fax machine tomorrow and send documentation. I know most of us know these addresses or atleast familar with them, but for those who arent, there you go. Good Luck!

The infamous Ms. Carr strikes again. She sent me a similar e-mail today. Although a fellow FTer has confirmed with a supervisor that this person is flat out wrong, has anyone actually received Delta miles from 1-800-Flowers recently for a purchase amounting to less than $29.99?
If Flowers welches on the deal, I wonder whether DL will "honor" a phantom partner for those of us it makes a difference to-- i.e. nine posted partners plus a verified order with Flowers that didn't post. No need to worry about that just yet, but let's all stay on top of Flowers.
As for those situations mentioned by xanthuos, obviously that's different-- a misposting rather than a delayed posting. No reason not to get those corrected pronto. andymo99 and I and others are just suggesting that no one should panic (yet) about a delayed posting.

My 500 miles from Organic Bouquet posted as "SkyMiles Incentives" today, but not backdated.
I just have the 1-800-Flowers item left for my 10th partner. It was $63, so they can't hit me with the "minimum purchase" catch. It was 5/18, so I'll give it another week or two.

Didn't participate in this promo, but rather just sent a friend some flowers (1-800) to keep my miles active. Spent ~54.00; miles posted within 7 business days after delivery. The activity occured about a week after this promo began.

Now my FTD transaction has posted as well.
Made on May 31st, it posted on June 21st with a transaction date of June 6th.
Time for an e-mail to Delta regarding both transactions (FTD and Netflix) incorrectly posting transaction dates.

The same thing happened to me. I made a purchase on May 31st, received an email the same day that my order had shipped. It posted on June 21st with a transaction date of June 5th.
