JFK - LHR - JFK on DL 1/2 for 42k/person RT in Y for July 2019.
Not my favorite redemption but at the moment cash prices are quite high and wanted to lock something down given PM benefit of free cancel -- cleared on the spot to C+ with lots of options available. Ideally waiting for the occasional ~$500 fare sale we see on this route which would entice me to cancel and switch to a cash fare.
Also means I'll finally get to visit the VS Clubhouse at LHR

Part of TPA-JFK-AMS-VLC on March 8. Got the upgrade to D1 on JFK-AMS for 65,000 miles. Cost a whopping $25 to increase fare basis to a level where I could redeem. Funny, snagged the last two upgrade seats, but the D1 cabin only showed about 6 seats occupied. Looks to be a pretty empty flight.

Total 250,000 SM business to OZ.
Beats the 500,000+ price for RDU-LAX-SYD and return.

Still seeing 120,000 on Friday morning from both RDU and DCA, with departures from the US as late as Aug 29. After that the prices jump.

Not a great deal compared to the past, but....
Would have also worked at same mileage -- RDU or DCA to DUB and returning from LHR, but the luxury tax on the return from LHR is raises the taxes by $260. The Virgin lounge isn't worth that much.
Also the return from DUB is bookable at same price via BOS, but on a 75S 2-2 seating.

RT economy for 10k miles, cash fares started at $474 for travel less than 2 weeks out. Someone screwed up.

Only seems to plague certain routings to Japan involving Korean.
Only say it because my total was $160 something per ticket too but they fixed it to $120 something. You'll see this tax doesn't appear on a routing to Japan not involving Korean.
