"Low-level" still exists in many cases, but sometimes prices can be significantly less, and often significantly more.

Makes sense...I only ask b/c I have a certain amount of miles (and rarely fly ST), and want to top-up only enough to get a low-level one-way domestic US award.
Honestly the chart doesn't really matter anymore. Prices are whatever DL wants them to be.
