The storm is finally over here on the Left Coast. And we ended up with 9.5 inches of rain since Monday in the town where I live.
But they're measuring the snow in the local mountains in yards. Here's a picture I took from down the street this morning:
Those are 12k foot mountains a bit North of the ONT airport.
And there's a strange orange disk in the sky this morning.

So I gave kudzu and Derick a ride back to their hotel after we were done at the zoo. To find my lovely rental car, I told them to look for the ugliest car in the parking lot. It didn't take long to find it. I must say that it is certainly easy to find in parking lots.
