*It's been called to the attention of the officials that a Lounge Lizard™ made three unabashed, lame-o and successive posts in a feeble attempt to capture this significant Milepost Achievment.
Officials are reviewing the replay footage and will issue a ruling later.
Thanks for your patience.

You'll also find that we have a great bartender here...Abby serves up some delish drinks!

Oh does this mean that I am not going to be accused of being a swinger here????
Truth hurts???!!! You know I'm kidding. That whole subject has been a lot of fun!!!! Have you heard anymore from those lovely folks?

Seriously, Carol - hope everything is ok & you've just been busy recently.
It is, just been busy. I think everyone knew my 80 year old Mom had fallen and broken some bones and in the hospital. She had more seizures and fell again. So there have been many appointments with Doctors, Surgeons, Therapists and the like. But we think we have her seizure meds all straightened out, now. Thanks for asking.

And gsw, I saw your post and thought I included it....thanks to you as well! My fellow southerner

ATL-TLV flights are almost empty in February. Last year I had empty BE seats next to me in both directions.

TLV will not be very warm (probably high 60's) but you can enjoy the nightlife and then take a short domestic flight to Eilat (very inexpensive) and bask in the sun along the Red Sea.

For that matter, you can take a taxi from the Eilat Airport to the border with Egypt, walk across, and you will only be a few meters away from the Taba Hilton Resort, where rooms are usually available for under $40 per night. (Eilat hotels cost a lot more.)

Casablanca? Direct from NYC, or ATL-CDG-CAS

San Jose, Costa Rica? Direct from either ATL or NYC

Mumbai, India? 1-stop from ATL

Looked at those flights, and though about that till I saw the weather but the Red Sea might be a good diversion.

I just checked the temperature in Eilat for Feb 27 last year. The low was 52 degrees at 2 am and the high 84 at 4 pm.

No, I finally got my residence visa around then, so I was able to buy my own SIM card. They don't have the new number and I no longer use the old one.

Nice to see you 'round these parts! Did you try the truffles?
