Can't check in using Firefox

Can't check in using Firefox

Just a heads up. DL website cannot process a check in using Firefox tonight.

More kudos to DL IT.

Most people don't have more than one installed. Even if they want, if device is company owned, they might not be able to install/use another.

Regardless, it's not like Firefox is an obscure browser. DL IT should work on it.

Given the lack of detail provided by OP, I would not assume that the issue is Delta IT. It could easily be user error, a Firefox error, or some issue with the specific reservation. Unless we get reports that there is a widespread issue across users across days, jumping to blaming DL IT seems premature.

I am only guessing, but I would assume that a Mozilla Firefox user is probably Android, not iOS (the latter being more likely to use Safari).

You’re assuming they’re on their phone vs a PC (or MAC).

Agree could be user (ID 10 T error) issue. However the comment about just using another browser is even less useful if that is the case.

I didn't make any such comment. But of course, many users actually do have access to multiple browsers, trying on another browser before coming to the conclusion that check in is unavailable on Firefox and blaming Delta IT.
