Regardless, it's not like Firefox is an obscure browser. DL IT should work on it.
Given the lack of detail provided by OP, I would not assume that the issue is Delta IT. It could easily be user error, a Firefox error, or some issue with the specific reservation. Unless we get reports that there is a widespread issue across users across days, jumping to blaming DL IT seems premature.
