Sign-in issues

I’ve signed in a couple of times a week at delta.com for months. Starting Tuesday night, both my wife and I have not been recognized at sign-in. Any suggestions on what, if anything, I need to do to correct this.

Oh, i should mention that I’m able to sign-in via the Delta app.

Really really poor website coding/development and they uploaded a change live without testing it.
Not surprising given DL's outsourced IT.

I've had these same issues a few times over the years. Clearing my Delta cookies always fixes it.

I went to Delta for the first time ever using Safari and have the error.
It's almost instantaneous - doesn't even appear to try sending credentials to Delta.
Tried TouchID (Keychain auth vault) and manually entering username/password.

There is something broken w/ signin.delta.com/pf-ws/authn/flows/SOME_RANDOM_THING_FOR_YOU

Tried multiple computers (Mac).
Chrome works fine on Mac and Windows.

Yup - I just got the error, tried clearing my cookies, and that did NOT do the trick this time like it has in the past. So something is different this time.

The same IT that doesn’t actually understand common “AM” and “PM” usage in North America? Yeah, that one.

Went to Chrome and got in. Interestingly, about an hour after I posted my query, I tried and succeeded. No luck this morning until I used Chrome.

We shouldn’t have to go through all that… united.com always loads properly without any login issues regardless of which browser is used!

I've had a similar issue with Safari vs. Chrome (no issues). It seems like Delta IT sometimes has difficulties, including loading the Java Script needed to activate some of the features on their web site. Never seen these problems with Chrome.

I've had a parallel issue. When I respond to a check-in notice, the DL app and website require I enter the record locator before it will recognize the check in. That means going to another page to find it. AA seems to always include the RL with the check-in notification, making process smoother.

I’m also unable to sign in on Safari today, but I can sign in on both Chrome and the App.

Is it even remotely possible that Delta doesn't know about this problem?

Chiming in to confirm I have the same problem. Login works fine on the (iOS) app, but does not work at all on Safari on Sonoma 14.2.1.
