Account Fraud / SkyMiles Theft

Has anyone else noticed an increase and fraudulent activity on their accounts recently? Ive had 2 occasions where large 200k+ redemptions have been made on my account in the last month. Delta has corrected them both no issue. However, the password is completely unique. Its not shared anywhere. In the end its not like I lost anything but a hassle to talk Delta through the issue, change passwords again and again. Then just for it to happen again. Im more frustrated than anything but curious if others have had similar issues.

It will continue until they add two factor authentication.

Have not had any issues with fraud. Since it's happened multiple times, you might consider the possibility someone may have compromised a device you are using or perhaps have access to your email.

How have they accessed your account? Web site or phone?
