Login trouble - Web Support?

Login trouble - Web Support?
For the last 3 days I've been unable to login to delta.com. I can use the app, but when I try to log in to the website, I repeatedly get this error message - "We're sorry, but we were unable to locate your account with the information provided. Please confirm your credentials and try again. For additional account recovery options please use Login Help."
I have reset my password 3 times and after each time am still unable to login. I called the Medallion line but they wouldn't connect me to web support or a help desk - just left me on hold while they relayed my issue to support. Once they said it was a known problem and just to try again later. The last time they said that support had looked at my account and that it was locked, but to wait 2 hours and then reset my password again. I did that - same problem.
Has anyone had a similar issue - or does anyone know how I can contact web support directly to try to resolve this? I can't find any contact information on the website.

This has been an issue for the last 2-3 weeks. and long before that. Delta.com sucks. All you can do is wait 1-2 hours and try again. resetting password doesn't help. a different browser doesn't help. Nothing does.
