For the last 3 days I've been unable to login to delta.com. I can use the app, but when I try to log in to the website, I repeatedly get this error message - "
We're sorry, but we were unable to locate your account with the information provided. Please confirm your credentials and try again. For additional account recovery options please use Login Help."
I have reset my password 3 times and after each time am still unable to login. I called the Medallion line but they wouldn't connect me to web support or a help desk - just left me on hold while they relayed my issue to support. Once they said it was a known problem and just to try again later. The last time they said that support had looked at my account and that it was locked, but to wait 2 hours and then reset my password again. I did that - same problem.
Has anyone had a similar issue - or does anyone know how I can contact web support directly to try to resolve this? I can't find any contact information on the website.
