Hello,
I have an upcoming JFK-CDG booked on KL inventory by a travel agency and operated by DL.
There seems to have availability on D1, however I do not see the options on DL website to upgrade. If I try to modify the booking, there is an error message saying "contact DL representative" or "corporate booking" on AF website.
At which point should I be able to try to upgrade ? Online checkin opening 24h before ? At the airport ?
What upgrade options will be available to me ? FB miles ? cash ? fare difference only ? offers ?

Sounds like it is KL marketed and these will not get DL online upgrade offers even if not booked by a travel agency. DL does not have any kind of fixed cash price DoD upgrade offers on flights like partners KL and AF. Your only option will generally be to pay the fare difference.

As poster above states, no upgrades. Exception is you might get an offer during OLCI/ at kiosk. No promises of one though.

They do, but with loads lately, not shocked not offered more. There's also issue of GUC and must wait till T-24.
