Ticket owned by TA & Upg possibilities
Hello,
I have an upcoming JFK-CDG booked on KL inventory by a travel agency and operated by DL.
There seems to have availability on D1, however I do not see the options on DL website to upgrade. If I try to modify the booking, there is an error message saying "contact DL representative" or "corporate booking" on AF website.
At which point should I be able to try to upgrade ? Online checkin opening 24h before ? At the airport ?
What upgrade options will be available to me ? FB miles ? cash ? fare difference only ? offers ?
