My MQM rollover has happened.
However, DL still isn't recognizing my 2MM status for next year's status: Now I see 0 (MQMs) to Silver, but still 30 (MQSs) to Silver, and $3,000 (MQDs) to Silver or $25K to go.

That's how it displays for all MM's at start of year (look at the screenshots from fellow MMs upthread). Having MM status does not impact these counters. Status level for next year (2023) based on MM will not showing until after 2021 program year ends on 1/31/2022, but it still won't change how the counters display.

DL does regular MQM rollover sweeps of late posting flights from previous year. It may take a few days for rollover sweep to occur after flight posts to last year MQMs, but it shouldn't require manual intervention.
