Lyft bonus for Seattle residents
As part of Delta's Hubiversary month, received an email that I'm pre-enrolled (as a Seattle resident) for 5x Skymiles on all trips within the city, as well as the airport, from now through 5/31.

Sweet, just checked and my ride home from work last night earned me 35 miles instead of 7. Only 50 more rides to earn a glass of Dom!

Is this a targeted offer? I didn’t get an email about this, even though I’m a registered Seattle-area resident. Haven’t tried ordering a Lyft yet - this millennial is finding out that those rides definitely add up on the credit card bill!

I did get an e-mail from both Lyft and Delta separately announcing the promo, though. My billing address for both is in Redmond, WA, so they at least seem to include suburbs if it's geo-targeted. I also have my home airport set in my SkyMiles profile as SEA, for what little good that ever seems to do, and I'm of course a 12Status participant as well...

Does not appear to be targeted, but loaded as an offer based on billing address.
(My Seattle to Sea-Tac $31 ride a couple of hours ago has posted as 155 Skymiles!)
Airport clearly a qualifying destination
No mention of airport, but that eligibility of rides outside Seattle itself at Delta's discretion.
