We're sorry, but we encountered an unexpected error processing your order. Error Code: B28374
My account has 156,xxx Delta SkyMiles. The product is a giftcard which costs less than 10,000 Delta SkyMiles. What does this code mean? Tried plenty of different items.

Try calling. If the agent can't help, you can ask to be transferred to website/tech support.

The problem is I am overseas for a few months. There is no way for me to call as there are no international numbers and I'm not to find of paying upwards of $4 per minute. It annoys me they don't have livechat. Hopefully someone has the fix and can help out!

Anyone who travels out of the country should have a Skype account. You can call USA phone numbers for something like 2.3 cents per minute. They also have a Skype app now, so you can make calls without a computer for the same price, directly from your smart phone app! It's really AMAZING!
Yes, that's a decimal point between the 2 and the 3!

It's not a Belavia award is it?

Belavia Flight B28374
If you are living overseas for months surely you have found, or need to find, a cheap calling solution (of which there are many). Not excusing Delta's incompetence, but it's silly to think if you are there for months that $4 a minute is the best you can do. Unless you are in Antarctica or something.

I can use my US-based phone for free anywhere I have wifi. If I don't have wifi, I've never been unable to find a local SIM (which IMO is necessary for any trip longer than a few days) with rates under 5 cents/minute....my usual UK-based SIM allows calls from almost anywhere in Europe back the US for 1.5p/min.
ETA: Also there is a long list of Intl DL phone numbers here. Calling really is going to be the best solution for something like this. https://www.delta.com/us/en/need-help/overview

Call DL? If the agent can't help, you can ask to have your call transferred to tech support.

Received that same error code. Ended up calling support and mentioned that I might have tripped a fraud alert. After confirming account information they said it takes a few days to remove the account from its current fraud status. Hope this helps others.

This seems to be a recurring issue now on almost every marketplace transaction. Has anyone successfully managed to find out what causes the error or how to avoid it?
The customer service is useless.
