Shorted on Miles from Ticket

Shorted on Miles from Ticket
I think I was shorted on Miles from a recent ticket. Ended up only being credited 4885 base miles or $977 worth of ticket value. However, my receipt shows base fare of €836 plus a YR of €262.50. At $1.16 per €, I suppose I should have earned $1274 or 6371 base miles. What should I do?

Duplicate Segments Comfort+
Are you sure re-issue did not change a segment to KL marketed? Is reward method R for all flights?
