There are center overhead bins (presumably with air nozzles). It looks (to me) like they are pretty high up tho

I'm confirmed on the 777 next week ATL-LAX up front. I'm sure the chances of 7004 swapping in on that flight are nil.

Delta still is not saying much on where the 1st 77L (7HB) converted (N706DN) will be used, maybe as last minute swap-in if any 359's or 7HDs have issues, unless the 77L is going to be used as the 3 out of MSP. Just speculating.
Considering a third HD hasn't entered mods yet, it's highly likely the rotation as of 11/13 will be 2x 7HD and 1x 7HL.

CDG-MSP-HND and back, seems like it could be done with 2 planes, if the flights are timed right.

Yes, 2 aircraft could make the 2 roundtrip sets, turnaround times at MSP and HND and CDG would need to be shortened. but that's highly unlikely.

Have a buddy on this flight today. He was pleasantly surprised to see PS over the old C+.

That's more than interesting. That's shocking. Is he really sure?

One or two refit lines/teams or a group grope?

Looking at the dates and time to complete, there appears to be a significant difference between the time for HB and HD refits. It begs a number of questions- Is it a consolidated effort and are they just focusing on the ERs over LR's? Or is there a significant difference in the installation itself and the work required? Or, are their separate teams/lines and it is just taking the LR team/line longer getting up to speed like it did with the first ER? Will the upgrade of subsequent LRs go more quickly? I guess unless there is a plant insider, any answer will be pure speculation.
