I received a DL transportation credit voucher for 0.00 USD
On Friday both my wife and I received emails containing DL transportation credit vouchers for 0.00 USD for a flight we took back in October. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

I actually did. There was an issue with my drink coupon on a ATL-SNA flight where it used two of them out of my wallet. The FA apologized and told me and would distribute 5,000 miles into my account. A day later however the coupon came back and I assumed I wasn’t going to get any miles but I just checked my account and saw the miles posted in it.

I got a $150 credit voucher for a cancelled flight. I asked how I could use it when my booking is always in Euros, they replied that they will not issue it in anything other than USD. I asked 5 or 6 times but they would not move so its worthless to me or does it have another use?

FWP. For the next booking you're going to make you call the SM medallion line and ask the agent to apply the voucher during the booking process.
