@DeltaAssist merging with @Delta?

@DeltaAssist merging with @Delta?

Received this via Twitter PM from @DeltaAssist an hour ago:

"Hi there, we're moving! Please tweet us at our @Delta channel for future assistance. Thanks! *XX"

Can we expect lowered response times since @Delta is a catch-all? Any other implications?

So far @DeltaAssist seemed IMO to be doing very well, other than Delta hasn't realized that you should generally be able to accomplish any task in any communications channel (ie, I'd rather be able to tweet for booking/cost info, rather than sit on the phone).

[please delete or merge if this has been raised elsewhere, I didn't see in a quick search]
