Two too few operational toilets at the back of the bus
On November 19 Delta flight from Tokyo to Singapore there were only 2 out of 5 toilets which were operational! Began flight with one out of commission, half way through flight two more were down.

That sucks. Once on a 747 from MNL to NRT all the toilets on the port side of the plane were not working. Decision was made to depart anyway. As soon as the fasten seat belt light went out there was a parade of people from Y climbing the stairs to the UD to use the toilets up there. Needless to say it made for a less than pleasurable experience in BE UD.
FWIW DL did give 10K pesos and $125 e-cert for the inconvience with out asking. YMMV.
